I have built many models and made many tests to find the right settings for headwind power

I have done tests at home but more research needs to be done to establish the best settings in a scientific way
such as here is a "bollard" test: I cannot find any record that such tests have been done? Why not?
Rick Cavellero in USA has
demonstrated that a land craft could "sail" directly upwind at more than 2
times the
free windspeed. This was a verified record.
There is no record category for sailing directly upwind on water. But I think
the land record demonstrates
the possibility of good efficiency if such a system was used on a boat or a
ship.
